The medium temperature smoke, draughts, air flow noise, traffic flow noise, energy saving conceal fixed automatic drop door bottom seal with silicon rubber seal strip. The spring load to lift the seal clear of the floor as soon as the door panel is open by a few mm away from the door frame. Mounted the seal into 15mmW X 34mmD groove (groove cut by user) and screw fixed with the End Plate supplied. As drawing shown below. It is operated automatically by spring pressure against door jamb on its adjusting knob. If used as a system in acoustic sealing, this self levelling seal has been shown to be an effective acoustic seal.KS-M082 has been tested for durability 1,000,000.00 cyclescompleted without failure. KS-M082 is design for (38mm to 50mm thick panels) single and double butt hinged door.

Install Location: Door Bottom ;/ Fixing screw with Full Sealed Stainless Steel End Plate are supplied, fixing holes predrilled by user
